Price your property
Price your property.
Send the address and how to reach you. A producer prices the property in-house and comes back with a real indication — not a teaser rate designed to start a sales call. The fully automated version of this flow, The Nimble Number, is being built. What you get today is the same pricing, from a person, fast.
Step 1You send the property. Address plus how to reach you. Units and notes help, but the address is the job.
Step 2A producer prices it in-house. Construction, age, size, income — the same inputs the automated flow will use, run by a person who prices multifamily every day.
Step 3You get a plain answer. One of three outcomes, stated plainly: in appetite (you get the number), refer (a range and a named human who can place it), or outside appetite (we say so, and tell you who to call instead).
What an answer looks like
An example, start to finish.
This is a demonstration result for a 220-unit frame property built in 1998 in Houston. Every figure on it is illustrative.
Example — cost per unit / year, Houston, frame, 1998, 220 units
$1,290
1.5× the US average · Illustrative — not a filed rate
